Q: What will you do with our client list?
A: I can understand your concern. Your client list is a valuable asset. We can assure you in writing that we will not market to your list nor store your list for any other purpose than to fulfill your orders.
Q: I'm still uncomfortable with sending it to you. Are there alternatives?
A: Sure! We can ship you the printed books and you can distribute them. Or you can send out the email and point your clients to the gift page to download the ebook. Or you can send them to the gift page on your site. That way you can completely control the client interaction.
Q: Who pays the shipping on the books, if I choose to send printed copies?
A: You do. If we ship the books individually for you, we charge $4.00 per book. If we ship them to you, we will charge you $3.00 per book. In quantities over 5 books shipped to you, we will bill you the actual amount for shipping.
Q: I'm a Texas web designer. Do I have to pay the sales tax on the books?
A: Yes, we need to collect sales tax on sales made within Texas.
